Catherine is a member of the Straub Milito Group with Coldwell Banker and specializes in luxury sales, short sales, REOs, new development and leasing. Catherine grew up in Chicago and has extensive knowledge of multiple areas of the city. She studied marketing at Northeastern Illinois University and has also worked on the trading floor of the Chicago Board of Trade. A knowledge in both fields provides her with a unique approach to real estate, having the aggressiveness for marketing and the eye for value in a home in today’s market.

Prior to joining the Straub Milito Group at Coldwell Banker Catherine specialized in rentals with a top leasing agency and developed superior negotiation skills between property owners and prospective tenants. She was able to perfect the necessity of communication when it came to clients and the dynamic nature of the real estate industry. Working in the real estate field gave Catherine the opportunity to learn about the many important aspects of the diverse neighborhoods in Chicago and what each has to offer their residents. She takes great pride in her ability to provide exceptional service. Her strong work ethic, genuine enthusiasm and passion have been a great asset in establishing lasting relationships with her clients.

Catherine currently resides in River West and has previously lived in Lincoln Park, Lakeview and the West Loop. Knowing these neighborhoods on an intimate level has given Catherine the appreciation of the wonderful people, shops, restaurants, and nightlife that are around each corner.
