Jennifer Baustad of the Straub Milito Group at Coldwell Banker has extensive knowledge in condo conversions and single family homes. Jennifer’s strong attention to detail ensures her clients receive the very best experience during their real estate transaction. She began her Real Estate career in 2005 working with another top brokerage, which gave her great insight into all aspects of the Chicago Real Estate market.
Prior to her real estate career, Jennifer earned a B.B.A. in Business Administration from Loyola University and spent eight years as a technology consultant designing software for Big Six consulting firms and their clients. Since then, Jennifer has concentrated her professional efforts in sales. She has truly found that residential real estate sales suits both her experience and personality best. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Jostein and two sons. They live in Evanston and enjoy the lakefront as well as many of activities that the Chicago Metro area has to offer.
